RETURN POLICY

Warranty and Return Policy


Our company has adopted unconditional customer satisfaction; therefore every product you buy is under the guarantee of our company. Our company is obligated to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. This obligation is fulfilled.

Please open and check the package in front of the company representative where you think products are damaged during shipment. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record to the cargo company. Please note that you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its mission after the delivery of the product. Used, destroyed and similar products are not accepted. The customer is liable to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to the usage of the product and has to give the product back as same as when it is delivered.

Return Cancellation and Changing Conditions

1.Changing Conditions;

Right to change within 14 days: You can ship the products with its’ invoice to change by cargo.

The return and change of the products which its’ original package is damaged, used are not accepted.

Non-invoiced change is not accepted.

2. Return Conditions

Right to return within 14 days: You can return the products within 14 days from the date you received the order by filling in the return and exchange form. Return procedures are made from e-commerce unit.

Return Conditions: You may return the products that you have purchased if they have not been used and have not lost their commercial properties. The labels and logos of the products have to be undamaged; all accessories (buckle, belt, ribbon, etc.) of the product must be returned together with the product.

If you send the products you want to return by Cargo within 14 days, our side pays the shipping fee. After 14 days from the delivery of the order, the orders sent with the return request cannot be refunded and our company cannot meet the shipping cost due to this process.

Non-invoiced return is not accepted.

3. The Procedure of Refund within the Claim for Refund

Refund will be made to your credit card within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the products of your order you wish to return in accordance with the conditions of return by our company and the Provision Code will be notified to you by mail. In addition to the Provision Code, the extension of the fee is reflected to your extract according to your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code for fees that do not reflect your extract.

4. Return Conditions

You will be able to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing your order, since the ordering and shipping process will begin within 4 hours of placing the order. Orders whose cargo delivery process has been started by cutting the bill cannot be canceled. Once you have received your order, you can use your refund and exchange right.

5. Cancellation fee on request of Reimbursement Procedure

You will be able to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing your order, since the ordering and shipping process will begin within 4 hours of placing the order. 2. Guidelines for Informing Returned Addresses

Return Information: When your return transactions are completed, you will be informed via e-mail. Return Address: Company’s contact address.

Products that are not sent with the invoice cannot be collected. You are kindly requested to send your returns with your invoice.
